Feel the Joy
Have you become so accustomed to suffering, that even joyful experiences are laced with suffering? And if there isn’t immediately something wrong with the situation, your mind habitually searches for what could go wrong or what you are doing wrong, obsessively dissecting this wonderful thing to find the suffering?
This is often what happens to us as we are learning to transcend traumatic experiences and step into our new selves.
Every day we are born new, every moment even, we are born new.
This moment is about giving yourself permission to relax into the ease of life. Permission to notice the peace in the moment and stay there, instead of frantically darting in your mind to find the fault or suffering in the moment. This moment is about opening to the wonder of the new day!
The wonder of the unknown is filled with this infinite potential of happy surprises! You can focus on the potential of infinite disappointments, but there is a good chance if you focus on those worse case scenarios you will feel miserable.
How will you choose to focus on the unknown that is before you? Will you focus on the fear of all the horrible things that could go wrong? How will that benefit your now?
Will you focus on the excited anticipation of all the wonderful things that could happen, even more wonderful than you can imagine? How will that benefit your now?
Feel the Joy
Each piece is printed on cotton canvas. I then hand paint them with metallics and iridescent embellishments, so no two paintings are ever exactly the same. The added touches truly make the pieces come alive.
The mat and acrylic frame make this piece 11X14 inches.

The 16x20 Glicee is hand detailed with acrylic on canvas and the canvas is wrap around, so there is no frame. If the 16x20 Glicee is out of stock, please message or email me and I will be happy to order for you. It takes about 2-3 weeks to recieve if out of stock. If it is showing in stock, you will recieve in about 5-7 days.
The 16x20 Original is the Original Painting; Oil on Canvas and does not include a frame.
Each print will include the written description adhered to the back of the frame so it can be taken off the wall as a reminder any time you need a bit of encouragement.
