Wise Woman Rising
Today I will let go of any stories in my mind that cause me suffering.
I will notice when I am replaying painful stories of myself or others, stories of what happened to me or how inadequate I am.
I will ask the wise woman within me to guide me to let them go, and save me from my own self harm, the self abuse that arises in the form of harmful thinking.
Today I will allow the voice of the wise woman within me, my higher self, my best friend to ask me, "what happens if you go deep into the suffering stories and embrace your inner self?...What happens if you go within the experience of sadness, anger or shame and feel them... what is inside the feeling?"
I will realise I can feel what I feel, and then my mind can release those spinning thoughts and focus on the core of the pain within my heart or my throat. I will say, hi sadness, hi loneliness, hi anger, hi pain, thank you for being here, I'm going to be with you now. My thoughts and I will go within you, to see what is there. To simply be with the experience. My body will release the feelings through tears or cries or screams.
After I feel, truly feel what is there, I can see beyond the stories.
Without the stories .....there is nothing that can hurt me, there is nothing that can frighten me.
Without the stories, I am free.
Wise Woman
Each piece is printed on cotton canvas. I then hand paint them with metallics and iridescent embellishments, so no two paintings are ever exactly the same. The added touches truly make the pieces come alive.
The mat and acrylic frame make this piece 11X14 inches.

The 16x20 Glicee is hand detailed with acrylic on canvas and the canvas is wrap around, so there is no frame. If the 16x20 Glicee is out of stock, please message or email me and I will be happy to order for you. It takes about 2-3 weeks to recieve if out of stock. If it is showing in stock, you will recieve in about 5-7 days.
The 16x20 Original is the Original Painting; Oil on Canvas and does not include a frame.
Each print will include the written description adhered to the back of the frame so it can be taken off the wall as a reminder any time you need a bit of encouragement.
